GRADE A LIGHT AMBER: Also called Fancy. Very light color, extremely delicate flavor. Used mostly for blending, maple candy and maple cream. Some prefer for table syrup.
GRADE A MEDIUM AMBER: Medium color, delicate, but full maple flavor, preferred by most for table syrup
GRADE A DARK AMBER: Medium dark color. Rich full-bodied maple flavor, preferred by many as table syrup, used in cooking, baking, and confections.
GRADE B: Very dark with a robust flavor. Used mostly in baking, confections and blending.
CARE OF MAPLE SYRUP: Maple syrup must be kept refrigerated once opened. Refrigerating before opening will make maple syrup thicker and more flavorful.
NOTE: This product is processed in a facility that processes peanuts and treenuts.
